ImageProduct: Use the "touch and feel" aspect of BrickandMortar shopping to their advantage. Have consumers "try on" or "test drive" items. Focus on personalized and local product support. Utilize sales people to create relationships around products.

Price: Give discounts to compete with online pricing, focus on saved shipping costs.

Place: Focus on the convenience of local stores. Also play up the savings to consumers of them not having to pay shipping costs.

Promotion: Offline businesses should utilize personal selling to their full advantage because of their great positioning to do so. They also should not ignore online advertising strategies to bring people in to their stores.
